Biography
Nate Holloway is a lifelong Missoula resident and co-founder of Holloway & Hulling PLLC. He graduated from Hellgate High School and the University of Montana with a B.A. in political science, with honors, in 2006, then earned his law degree in 2011, graduating with distinction in the top 15% of his class. During law school he worked at a private firm, served on the Law Review Editorial Board, and was a constitutional law teaching assistant.
From 2011 to 2022, Nate practiced at a Missoula firm representing more than 1,000 clients. In the past three years alone, he has served as lead attorney on more than 350 criminal and traffic cases, including over 750 DUI cases, and also handles car accident, wrongful death, and protection order matters.
